We have a total commitment to ensure that all work is undertaken with regards to the health and safety of all those involved. We believe exemplary performance in health and safety is the catalyst to ensure delivery of a successful project and we will not compromise on this.

As an established contractor, we operate in full compliance with legislation and statutory requirements. However, we take pride in constantly seeking to be at the forefront of the industry in health and safety through innovative initiatives.

We strive to ensure that our workforce retains and recognises personal ownership of safety. Everyone has an obligation to ensure that their actions never put themselves, their colleagues, or the public at risk. We continuously train our workforce and employ a ‘prevent not punish’ attitude and ‘train and explain’ culture within Linbec Multi Services.

We will continuously improve our HESQ performance through monitoring procedures, setting clear goals and measuring progress against specific performance criteria.
